You may return purchased products under following conditions:
- 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returned items unless product is defective.
- Returned items must get pre-approval. Call 1-818-905-9525 or email: support@OrganicWoolDuvet.com for return authorization.
- Returned items must be shipped back via UPS, FedEx or DHL.
- Items that have been used, laundered or are not in original packaging are non-returnable.
- Shipping charges are covered by the customer.
- Defective items are returnable within the first 14 days upon receipt of order.
- It is important to include a day-time phone number where you can be reached in case we need to contact you.
- Place all your products in the original packaging for returns.
- Be sure to ship with a return receipt or tracking number for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.
- OrganicWoolDuvet.com will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
- Be sure to insure the returned merchandise.
- Once your return is received, it will be reviewed and processed within 15 business days.
